Deepika Sharma is an independent Documentary Filmmaker and Creative Producer whose is interested in the themes of urban life, gender and belongingness. Her documentary films include ‘Dream Girls,’ ‘Samovar Café’ and ‘From the Frontline.’ She has worked as a Producer on international television non-fiction series for Channel 4, BBC and Netflix. She has also worked as an Associate on cutting Indian television series, ‘Connected Hum-Tum’ and multimedia web project on love, sex and desire, ‘Agents of Ishq.’ When she is not doing the above, she either cooking away in her kitchen or can be found at the dance studio, channeling Madonna in her moves.
